Kate Warren holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She practiced as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner for 30 years in a variety of clinical settings before retiring in 2010. At the University of Delaware, she was responsible for developing and teaching the introductory and advanced women’s health courses to graduate nursing students in the Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist programs.
Building on this experience, with a keen interest in and knowledge of nutrition and health, she now serves as Clinical Educator for the Fertility Nutrition program. She earned the Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2016 and continues to study nutrition science.
Our philosophy at DIRM is a higher protein diet, consisting of at least 40% of protein at each meal will greatly improve the quality of oocytes (eggs), embryos and cycle outcome.
Our studies have shown success rates greatly increase with these nutrition modifications. This process takes about 2-3 months for noticeable changes to occur.
