DIRM proudly offers a 20% military discount to active members of the Armed Forces, Christiana Care & Nemour employees, and their spouses.

We also work with Compassionate Care and First Steps in order to provide lower cost options for infertility medications for patients with no insurance coverage. Both of these programs offer discounts between 10-75% for those who qualify.

For patients with a cancer diagnosis, we work with LIVEstrong in order to get your medications covered and offer additional discounted treatment options.

For thousands of Americans suffering with infertility, one of the first steps before seeking treatment is figuring out how to pay for it.

To aid some of these patients with drug cost, DesignRx has created First Steps, a patient financial assistance program.

It is estimated that over 50% of patients who seek treatment
do not have any level of fertility medical or drug coverage.

Financial assistance is also available for individuals diagnosed
with cancer who also choose to seek fertility treatment.

Helping uninsured, income-eligible patients overcome financial barriers.

The Compassionate Care Program is designed to provide eligible patients savings on Gonal-f® (follitropin alfa for injection), Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe (choriogonadotropin alfa injection), or Cetrotide® (cetrorelix acetate for injection).

Depending on income, eligible patients† may save 25%, 50%, or 75% off the self-pay price of medicine or receive a 10% discount per unit, via a mail-in rebate, off their out-of-pocket costs.

Hope does exist for patients whose primary barrier to infertility treatment is the cost. Below are a few are nonprofit organizations that provide financial assistance to select infertility patients.

A diagnosis of cancer can be overwhelming, and if you are of reproductive age, future fertility may be a concern. For patients pursuing fertility preservation services prior to cancer treatment, Ferring Pharmaceuticals and Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy have developed the Heart Beat program to help ease some of the financial burden.

In 2009, LIVESTRONG acquired Fertile Hope, a cancer and fertility advocacy organization the Foundation had collaborated with since 2001. Now called LIVESTRONG Fertility, the program is dedicated to helping men and women diagnosed during their reproductive years better understand cancer-related risks to their fertility and access discounted fertility preservation services and free medication. Additionally, LIVESTRONG Fertility provides access to medical professionals with educational resources to improve patient-provider communication, and tools to implement systematic change that can lead to better care.
